Shuttle Bus Schedule

^*Valid proof-of-stay includes a hotel room key card, proof of hotel booking, or dining record of the same day; the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel reserves the right of final decision regarding the validity of shuttle bus proof-of-stay.

4. All seats are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one person may sit in each seat. All passengers age 3 or above must be seated in a seat. Passengers cannot stand on the gangway. Only hand-carried luggage is allowed, and may not be placed in a seat or in the gangway.
5. The shuttle schedule included here is provided for reference only and is subject to adjustment or cancellation according to actual traffic and weather conditions without prior notice.
6. Shuttle bus service will be suspended if the tropical cyclone signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is going to be hoisted or is in effect.

1. HK$10 Lee Gardens Area e-Gift Certificate can be redeemed ONLY by Lee Gardens Area ↔ Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel complimentary shuttle bus passengers who successfully register as Lee Gardens Club members.
2. HK$10 Lee Gardens Area e-Gift Certificate must be redeemed when boarding the shuttle bus. Reissue of the e-Gift Certificate will not be allowed.
3. Lee Gardens Area Gift Certificates/e-Gift Certificates are valid at the designated merchants only. The terms and conditions of the merchant apply. For the full terms and conditions, please refer to the details on Lee Gardens official website / Lee Gardens Club mobile App.
4. A coupon will be delivered to customers via SMS in the form of e-Gift Certificate. A smartphone (iOS, Android) with Lee Gardens Club mobile App and internet access is required to access the e-Gift Certificate.
5. Customers must register as a Lee Gardens Club member to use the e-Gift Certificate.
6. Customers shall ensure a correct mobile phone number is provided, otherwise Hysan Marketing Services Limited shall not be responsible for any non-delivery arising therefrom, and the e-Gift Certificate will not be re-issued.
7. Lee Gardens Area e-Gift Certificates are valid only with the validation of Hysan Marketing Services Limited.
8. Lee Gardens Area e-Gift Certificates are valid for one-time use only.
9. Lee Gardens Area e-Gift Certificates cannot be altered or exchanged for cash or other certificates of any value. No change or refund will be given when using the e-Gift Certificate.
10. No return and refund will be accepted by Hysan Marketing Services Limited and respective merchant respectively if the redeemed shopping offers have lost, damaged or been consumed, opened, or stolen, and Hysan Marketing Services Limited shall not be liable for these incidents. Damaged, scanned or photocopied or non-original shopping offers will not be accepted. Hysan Marketing Services Limited reserves the right to determine the validity, authenticity and acceptability of the return for redeemed shopping offers.

Hysan (including its agents) may require customers to provide proof of identity or other items of personal information, including but not limited to an individual’s name and bank/credit card numbers, for the purpose of processing the gift redemption and/or return, to verify the cardholder’s eligibility or the validity or authenticity of the receipts, and/or for internal administration and auditing purposes. If the cardholder refuses to provide the relevant information, Hysan reserves the right to not process the redemption and/or return. All personal information collected in the campaign is retained for the above purposes only and will be destroyed within three months upon the completion of the campaign. By providing your personal information to Hysan, you are consenting to Hysan’s Privacy Policy Statement (http://www.leegardens.com.hk/privacy.aspx?lang=en-US).
15. The customer has the right to request access to his/her personal data held by Hysan and to request a correction of any personal data that is incorrect. Hysan has the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing and complying with a data access request. Requests for access or correction of a customer’s personal data, or enquiries about the policies and practices of Hysan in relation to personal data should be made in writing to data.officer@hysan.com.hk.
16. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version prevails.
     

For their own comfort and safety and for that of other riders, all passengers must agree and comply with all regulations of the complimentary shuttle bus service to and from Lee Gardens (Hysan Place) and Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel, as detailed below:

1. Live poultry, birds, pets or any other animals are not permitted on the bus.
2. Each passenger may only carry parcel(s) of a total volume not exceeding 0.1m³, a total weight not exceeding 5 kg, and which do not contain goods of a dangerous or offensive nature. The parcel(s) shall not occupy any seat and shall not be placed in the gangway of the bus.
3. Please queue up for and board the bus as directed, and give passengers in need priority in boarding.
4. The bus captain has the right to refuse further boarding when the bus reaches its authorised carrying capacity.
5. To prevent disturbances or danger to passengers, the bus captain may refuse to permit persons believed to be intoxicated from entering or traveling on the bus.
6. All passengers must remain seated while the bus is in operation.
7. Please do not speak to the bus captain or obstruct the bus captain's vision when the bus is in motion unless it is necessary to do so for a safety-related matter. Do not use intimidating, insulting or abusive language or act in a manner likely to disturb the bus captain or other passengers on board.
8. Please do not obstruct the doorways or gangways of the bus. In the interest of public safety, the bus captain may give directions to any passenger for the shuttle's safe operation and the safety of its passengers.
9. Do not vandalise or write graffiti on any part of the bus.
10. Smoking on the bus is strictly prohibited by law. Please keep the bus compartment clean, and do not eat, drink, spit or litter on board.
11. If you find belongings that have been left on the bus, please immediately hand them to the bus captain in the state in which you found them.
12. Please be considerate to your fellow passengers and refrain from causing a nuisance to others with disruptive behaviour including talking too loudly, clipping your nails, pushing the seat in front of you with your knees, putting your feet on the seats, etc.
13. Passengers with fevers or respiratory problems must wear a face mask while riding the bus.

From now till 2 August 2020, the second Annual Showcase of Jockey Club ICH+ Innovative Heritage Education Programme comes to Hysan Place and the Lee Gardens neighbourhood for the first time. With over a 1,000 art pieces of Hong Kong’s Intangible Cultural Heritage co-created by teachers and students, the exhibition takes place at the three venues with different themes and brings traditional handicrafts and folk arts into the modern world, hoping to strike a chord with people of different ages and backgrounds.

Murals splashed across Lee Gardens to brighten up our lives with art! ​

Themed around Wellness, Sustainability, Art & Culture and Lifestyle, last year’s “Hysan Urban Mural Design Competition 2020” attracted a number of talented art enthusiasts to participate. ​ ​

From now on, the two creative winning art pieces and 20-plus selected participating pieces are now showcased here at Hysan Place’s Urban Sky. ​
